Happy Birthday Princess!

Our little Princess Abby is 3!! How time flys! This year, because of our Disney trip we told Abby she would not be getting a big party. But somehow, she ended up with 3 little parties! Opps! Oh well, it was fun, and you know me... I love throwing Birthday Parties!
Party #1 - In my Disney Post, I already talked about the mini Party we had for her at our Condo at Disneyland

Party #2 - O.k. so this wasn't really a party. But Abby and her good friend Camilla have their Birthday's only 2 days apart. So Camilla's mom and I combined our efforts to have Cup cakes and ice-cream after Pre-school with all their Pre-school friends. They loved it!

It was quite a little group

Party #3 - was the Saturday after her Birthday and this was at our house. We decided to do this because we had been wanting to have a few of our friends over for dinner for some time now, and these friends happen to have daughters that are Abby's best friends. So we ordered lunch from this awesome Mexican Restaurant that we love and had the Budd's, the Bingham's, my in-laws, and sister-in-law Rosi (who also wanted to celebrate Abby's B-day) over for a super yummy meal and had a "little" party for Abby as well. And although it may seem that I went all out, I really didn't. All the decorations were borrowed from the party my Brother threw his daughter and there were only two of Abby's friends there. But it was fun, it was a Princess Theme! Abby was in heaven!
Another reason to throw a party is so I can make this awesome Princess Castle Cake! Here it is the night before. It came out great except for the fact that is started to lean. :(

I decided to have a Bibbity Bobbity Boutique (like they have at Disneyland) and get the girls all dolled up! We gave them necklaces, bracelets, sticker earrings, painted their nails, did their hair up and put glitter in their hair and I got them little tiaras, but Abby and Samantha had big crowns to wear, so only Camilla used the little tiara. Abby was the first "client" since we were waiting for the other Princesses to arrive.

Just like his shirt says.. he's the Big Brother! (who also wanted his picture taken) ;)

And of course we had to put Isabel in her Princess dress! (Belle)

For lunch the kids had Abby's favorite lunch, Hot Dogs, Cheetos, and apples.

Sitting in our "Salon"

The Girls getting Dolled up

3 little Princesses (Snow white, Cinderella, & Rapunzel)

These girls where so cute! It was fun watching them interact

We only played a couple of games. Pass the Poison Apple (like hot potato, but with an apple) and this Little Mermaid Race. (but I didn't have enough crate paper to make good fins)

After that the girls played "Tea Party" for a while, it was cute!

Then it was time for cake!

The girls were pretty excited!

Happy Birthday Abby!
We just love our little Princess!

Disneyland.... Again!

Here we are again!
The Happiest Place on Earth
Here we all are (Isabel is asleep in the stroller)

This is the Disneyland trip we had originally planned over a year ago. Our September Disneyland trip was the surprise trip and because everything that time was practically paid for we upgraded our pass (for $25) and made our passes into annual passes! This made this trip super cheap! We also stayed in Allan's time share and paid him very little, so this trip was just unbelievably cheap! Which made it all the more fun! And we went with Allan and Lindy and my Mom and Step-Dad! It was soo fun! The weather was perfect! And there were NO lines! This time I did not take as many pictures as last time because I was too busy having fun! It was so great to not be pregnant! So here is the Day by Day photo breakdown...

Day 1
We told Abby that this year she would not have a big friend Party because we were taking her to Disneyland (the week before her birthday, that way she is still free). So the first day we got there after going to Walmart for groceries, Isaac took Benjamin and Abby into the park for a couple of hours while I stayed at the condo with my Parents and Allan. I got settled and set up Abby's little Party. She was pretty surprised when she got back to the condo.
We bought a Petite Aurora cake from Wal-mart (Cinderella was not available)

Cousin Lindy, Abby, Benji, & Isabel

Opening Presents

The big one was our gift to her, it was a Cinderella Dress and crown (from the Disney store) for her to wear at Disneyland. And Princess P.J.'s

Day 2
First Day in the Park with everyone! We dressed the girls in their Minnie skirts and Benji in his Mickey outfit again. The whole day it was cool sweater weather. It looked like it was going to rain, but it never did! Awesome!
Right when we got in the park we found Alladin and Jasmine!
In front of the Castle

My parents in front of the castle (I love Abby's little "I got into grandma & grandpa's picture" smile)

When I told her to get out of the picture, my Mom said "It's allright" and pulled her in for the picture. I just love my Mom and Gary. They are wonderful and it was so fun to have them there with us. They hardly ever go on vacation so it was fun to see them having so much fun! I was surprised, Gary got on everything! Gary hadn't been to Disneyland since they first opened and my Mom hadn't been in 25 years! They loved it!

We found Cinderella by the wishing well, with no line! Woot! woot!

Mr. Toad's car

The carousel

I think it is funny that we took this picture and then forgot to go on the ride!

the kids with Mickey (someone had to hold the baby for her to be in the picture)

Everyone with Mickey

The kids with Minnie (again, someone had to hold the baby)

Everyone with Goofy

Isabel in her adorable Minnie skirt (can you believe I made this with no pattern?!)

Day 3
This was Princess Day! We dressed the girls in their Princess Dresses and Benjamin put on his Buzz Lightyear costume. We spent half the day in California Adventure and then we went back to Disneyland to see the princesses. This day the sun was out and it was hot! And we wore shorts!
Isaac tried to get a good picture of Isabel in her Baby Belle costume! So cute!

Isaac got a picture with Goofy while the Adults and Benji were riding Goofy's Sky Coaster

I also tried to get a picture of her cute costume, but Grandpa's hands are a bit big. Oh well. It is so cute!

With Mater and Lightning McQueen. And can I just say the kids are super excited for Cars Land to open this summer!

Princesses!

On our way to Fantasy Fair we found Snow white by the wishing well (with no line!). I'm starting to realize that this is where they hide!

This was super fun, because this is one of the Princesses we did not see last time!

At the Princess Fantasy Fair we saw Tiana

Belle (she got such a kick out of Isabel) too bad the picture came out fuzzy

And Jasmine

Then we went to see Rapunzel, she has her own special line just to see her (by the carousel)

The girls (and Allan) walking in to see here.
Isaac, Benji, and my Parents did not want to stand in a long line to see Princesses, so they were off riding rides while Allan and I took the girls. I love that Allan wore his Pink shirt for the occasion. A lot of other people in line thought it was great too!

Lindy was Mesmorized! I think Rapunzel is her favorite

Last time I forgot to take a picture of Abby alone with Rapunzel, so this time I did! This one is going on her wall!

Us 3 girls with Rapunzel (Flynn was not there this time). And as we were leaving, Abby said to Rapunzel, "Tell Eugine that next time I want to see him" She chuckled and said O.k.

That night we saw the Parade. It is so awesome!

Day4
Because Allan and my Parents only had 3 day passes, they decided to take a break this day and relax back at the condo. So that morning, we left the baby with Grandma and Grandpa and had a ton of fun just the 4 of us. We went back for lunch and then had baby Isabel with us the rest of the day. This day we let the kids decide what they wanted to do, so we did all of their favorite rides. Abby begged us to take pictures again with Minnie, so we did.

We took these two also in Toon Town and that was it, I forgot to take pictures the rest of the day. It was really fun though

Day 5
This day, Friday, we let my Parents decided what to do, we did their favorites again and hit the last few rides we had not done yet. And then we ended with the fireworks show! Which was spectacular! Again, I forgot to take pictures this day, except for this super cute, fun show, in New Orleans. Tiana and Prince Naveen, sing their favorite songs from their movie for the Bayou Bash. It was fun!
They marched in with their dancers

they invited the kids to grab a tambourine and join them for one song, Benji didn't want to

This was such a fun vacation and we can't wait for September when we go again! Yes again! We have to take advantage of these annual passes. It will be our last trip with the annual passes. We hope that Isaac's family will come with us this time. But if not, we are going alone! Can't wait! We love Disneyland!
